WAYNE ALLYN ROOT: Proof Democrats are Trying to Steal Election

For two years now since President Trump’s election, I’ve chronicled the violence, threats of violence and just plain hysteria and unhinged mental illness by Democrats with “Trump Derangement Syndrome.”

But the mainstream media continues to flood the airwaves with the narrative that President Trump and Republicans are “divisive” and “racist” and use “hate speech.”

Well I now have proof of who the divisive party is. Somehow I wound up on the text message list for the Nevada Democrat Party and multiple liberal organizations looking to “get out the vote.”

The texts I’m getting are so vile, hateful and disgusting even I’m in shock. And it takes a lot to shock me. But even worse than the slander and hate speech is the fact that Democrats are clearly engaged in a voter fraud conspiracy.

Let me share the hate Democrats are sending out daily in texts to voters. I guarantee normal Americans will be revolted.

First of all, these Democrat “get out the vote” texts I am bombarded with all day, every day, arrived without ever asking for my permission. That’s a violation of the law.

Secondly, most of them arrive in Spanish. Which tells me that either Democrats assume the typical Democrat voter no longer speaks English…or they have me on a list aimed directly at foreign-born, non English speakers. It is telling what they are saying to these foreign-born Democrat voters.

These texts directly from the Nevada Democrat Party and multiple liberal organizations claim that we must vote for Democrats, because Trump and Nevada U.S. Senator Dean Heller “will deport and jail your family. Trump and Heller hate Mexicans. Vote.”

Well since I can only be deported if I’m here illegally, Democrats are clearly aiming these texts directly at illegal aliens. But isn’t it a crime for illegals to vote?

Worse, Isn’t it a serious crime for Democrats to be urging illegals to vote? But who else could they be targeting, if they are warning me and my family will be detained, jailed and deported by Trump and Senator Dean Heller if I don’t vote Democrat?

But wait. It gets better.

These texts sent by the Nevada Democrat Party (they confirmed that’s who it was) and multiple liberal organizations trying to motivate Democrat votes actually said and I quote…

“F—K Trump. Stupid Republican retard. Trump is the anti-christ. Trump loves misery and hates Mexicans. Trump wants you to die. Trump wants to murder Mexicans.”

How’s THAT for divisive and hateful?

I am in possession of many texts that say “F–K Trump.”

And here’s the most damning one of all- The Democrat Party and liberal organizations are urging their supporters to break the law. They say and I quote, “You can vote once early and once on election day.”

Then they stress multiple times “NO ID REQUIRED” and you don’t need to speak English.

Then they ask, “Do you need a ride to the polls?

Those are quotes.

Folks this is organized voter fraud being urged by the Democrat Party and liberal organizations.

They also cheer for the illegal alien caravan and urge me to donate money to support the caravan. They want to help this illegal mob reach America.

They are proud to say #openborders at the end of each text.

This is today’s Democrat Party. Democrats and their liberal allies are coordinating a conspiracy to steal elections through fraud and criminal actions. They clearly are helping illegal aliens vote by the millions. And they are urging them to vote multiple times- all while making the case they can’t get in trouble because no ID is required.

They are urging it all on with over-the-top hate speech.

It’s clear these texts are all aimed at illegal aliens- who of course are prohibited from voting under the laws of the United States of America.

I have all the texts and phone numbers if any politician, or government agency is actually interested in Democrats coordinating voter fraud and criminal activity.

By Way Of Deception - False Flag Terror Acts Press Europe To Sanction Iran

Israels secret service Mossad, with the CIA behind it, is framing Iran with alleged assassination plots in Europe.

In September a terror attack killed some 30 people in Iran. Two entities, an Arab separatist movement as well as the Islamic State terror group ISIS, took responsibility. After an investigation Iran found that it was ISIS which was responsible. It took revenge against the identified culprits.

Six weeks later Denmark claims, without providing evidence, that Iran tried to assassinate a leader of the Arab separatist movement over the incident. Iran denies any such attempt. The right wing Danish government uses the claim to urge other European countries to sanction Iran.

It is unlikely that Iran would take action in Europe, which it urgently needs to reduce the damage of U.S. sanction, over an incident for which it already punished the Islamic State.

The Danish claims are allegedly based on information provided by Mossad. That only increases the suspicion that the assassination plot is a false flag operation similar to a recent one in Belgium. More likely though is that the CIA is behind such false flag incidents.

On September 22 gunmen killed 29 and wounded more than 70 participants and onlookers of a veterans day parade in Ahvaz, Iran:

Three of the attackers were gunned down during clashes with the security forces and one other was arrested, news agencies reported.

"The terrorists disguised as Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) and Basiji (volunteer) forces opened fire to the authority and people from behind the stand during the parade," the governor of Khuzestan, Gholam-Reza Shariati, said, according to IRNA.

U.S. State Department spokeswoman Heather Nauert also referred to the attack as terrorism. Nauert said on Saturday, "We stand with the Iranian people against the scourge of radical Islamic terrorism and express our sympathy to them at this terrible time".

The Islamic State as well as an Arab separatist movement claimed responsibility:

On 22 September 2018, Yaqoob Al-Ahvaz claimed responsibility for the 2018 Ahvaz military parade attack in comments to UK-based Iran International TV. He said that his group Ahvaz National Resistance, a part of Arab Struggle Movement for the Liberation of Ahvaz, has "no choice but to resist." On 23 September, a statement made in The Hague, Netherlands, on the ASMLA website, denied responsibility for the attack, saying that the claim was made by a "group that was expelled from the organization since 2015."

After Yaqoob Al-Ahvaz claimed responsibility Iran accused Saudi Arabia of involvement in the attack:

IRGC spokesman Ramezan Sharif said the attackers were affiliated with a terrorist group supported by Saudi Arabia, Iran's state-run Press TV said.

"The individuals who fired at the people and the armed forces during the parade are connected to the al-Ahvaziya group which is fed by Saudi Arabia," Sharif said. Saudi Arabia has yet to respond to the allegations.

Feds 'Wanted To Get Rid Of' Whitey Bulger, Ex-Con Claims

Apparently, we're not the only ones who believe the circumstance surrounding Whitey Bulger's jailhouse slaying are suspect in the extreme. First, that federal authorities would abruptly move an 89-year-old inmate in ill health to a new maximum security prison seemingly on a whim seemed odd. But the fact that Bulger was placed in general population instead of protective custody was either an act of staggering incompetence, or, more likely, an intentional 'oversight'. And now, an ex-con-turned-journalist told the New York Post in an interview that he also believes the killing was a set-up probably planned by federal authorities to get rid of a problem witness.

As Richard Stratton told the Post, the guards at Hazelton prison almost certainly looked the other way as a trio of inmates purportedly led by New England mafia enforcer Freddy Geas fatally beat Bulger to death in a secluded corner of the prison. His attackers then tried to gouge out his eyes and cut out his tongue - an old-school marking that the victim was a 'rat'. High ranking federal officials probably sent Bulger there "to get rid of him," Stratton said.

"It just seems impossible to me that this could have happened without awareness, not only at the level of the guards on the tier," writer and producer Richard Stratton said.

Stratton said the notion that Bulger wasn't in protective custody is baffling considering that two inmates had recently been killed at the prison.

"He’s going to be exposed in a way where he can easily be killed, and then one day later he’s murdered," Stratton said.

Stratton, who helped produce an HBO documentary about prison murders, pointed out that Bulger had been transferred from an Arizona facility in 2014 after having an "improper relationship" with a prison psychologist.

Though it's worth noting that Stratton might be conflicted in his assessment: Bulger once helped him quash a life-threatening beef when he was running drugs in Massachusetts back in the day.

Stratton, a former drug smuggler who served eight years in federal prison, said he once sought help from Bulger when the Mafia tried to muscle in on a scam in which he was sneaking hashish from Lebanon through Boston’s Logan Airport.

After refusing to cough up $1 million and half of whatever drugs he brought into the US, "I heard they put out a contract on me," said Stratton, who also recounted the episode in his 2016 memoir, "Smuggler’s Blues: A True Story of the Hippie Mafia."

"I went to Whitey and Whitey squashed the whole thing," he said.

"Then I had to move a load of pot for him."

Still, Stratton's not the only one who suspects that federal authorities at least tacitly condoned Bulger's killing. The Daily Mail suggested that Bulger may have been on the verge of cooperating with the staff of a Massachusetts Congressman hoping to expose abuses from inside the FBI.

Croatian President Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic will not sign the UN’s Global Compact for Migration (GCM), Croatian newsportal Direktno reports.

The website bases the decision on a Facebook post by Croatian TV journalist Velimir Bujanec. He asked her position on the GCM after a lot of people we’re interested in her stance.

In the answer his editorial board received, President Grabar-Kitarovic literally states: ‘Be assured I will not sign the ‘Marrakech Agreement’, Bujanec writes on Facebook.

The President’s reply was forwarded by her spokeswoman, Mrs. Ivana Crnić, and among other things, she states:

“Your concern about illegal migration and the ‘Marrakesh Agreement’ is absolutely understandable, however, in this case it is not about accepting illegal migrants, the Office of the President is in any form involved in the negotiations on the Declaration and you can refer to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Affairs, which is the holder of all activities, in the sense of details … Be sure I will not sign the “Marrakech Agreement” … ”

Croatia joins a growing number of countries that have decided to not sign the UN migration pact. Earlier the Unites States, Hungary and Austria refused to sign it.

Countries like Poland and the Czech Republic are mostly opposed to it as well.

Updated: What we know about the Lion Air plane crash in Indonesia

Indonesian authorities confirmed today (Oct. 29) that a Lion Air plane carrying 189 people traveling from Jakarta to Pangkal Pinang, near the island of Sumatra, has crashed.

Authorities said it’s unlikely that there are survivors. So far, six bodies have been recovered from the Java Sea near the crash site. Here is what else we know so far.

The flight path

The flight, Lion Air JT610, lost contact 13 minutes after taking off from the Indonesian capital at 6:20am local time, before crashing into the sea. According to Indonesia’s National Search and Rescue Agency, the plane was at an altitude of about 3,000 feet. The pilots made a request to turn back about 12 miles (19km) out from takeoff, but did not signal that there was an emergency, Yohanes Sirait, spokesman for AirNav Indonesia, told CNN.

Yohanes added that JT610 would have been given priority landing, but air-traffic controllers lost contact shortly after. Radar showed that the plane did not attempt to turn around.

The plane

Lion Air said that the Boeing 737 Max 8 had a technical issue that had been resolved. It had reported problems on a flight from Denpasar to Jakarta the night before, but engineers had checked and repaired the problem, Lion Air’s CEO Edward Sirait told local media, CNN reports. Sirait added at a news conference later that the pilots had completed all pre-flight inspections and the plane was “airworthy.”

Boeing said in a statement that it ”stands ready to provide technical assistance to the accident investigation.” Lion Air, a domestic low-cost carrier, purchased 50 of the Boeing jets (paywall) in April, on top of the 200 planes it ordered from the company in 2011, as carriers in Southeast Asia compete to meet rapidly growing demand for travel in the region. The accident is the first one involving the 737 MAX, a new, more fuel-efficient model introduced last year, according to Reuters.

Indonesia’s aviation industry has suffered from a poor safety record for years.

The passengers

There were 189 people on board flight JT610. This includes two pilots, six additional crew members, two babies, one child, and 178 other adult passengers.

Indonesia’s Finance Ministry confirmed that there were 20 ministry officials on board. The officials were returning to their posts in Pangkal Pinang after visiting their families in Jakarta for the weekend, finance minister Sri Mulyani Indrawati said.

Reuters also reports that there was one Italian citizen on the plane, and one of the pilots, Bhavye Suneja, was an Indian national.

The passengers’ family members previously gathered at the airport in Pangkal Pinang to await news as the search and rescue team looked for wreckage and other remains. So far, Lion Air has flown 90 of these families to Jakarta, and 76 more are on the way.

“My prediction is that nobody survived because the victims that we found, their bodies were no longer intact and it’s been hours so it is likely 189 people have died,” the search operation director Bambang Suryo Aji told reporters, Sky News reports.

Inventor Of Web: Facebook And Google May Need To Be Broken Up

The man credited with inventing the World Wide Web says that dominant tech giants such as Facebook and Google may need to be broken up unless viable challengers emerge, or shifting preferences result in people gravitating away from dominant names.

London-born computer scientist Tim Berners-Lee told Reuters that he is disappointed with the evolution of the internet, which he invented in 1989 while working at Europe's physics research center CERN - branding his "Mesh" network the "World Wide Web" in 1990. He is currently a professor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the University of Oxford.

"What naturally happens is you end up with one company dominating the field so through history there is no alternative to really coming in and breaking things up," said the 63-year-old Berners-Lee, adding that "There is a danger of concentration."

They may not need to be broken up, however, if user preferences change and disruptive new technologies emerge.

"Before breaking them up, we should see whether they are not just disrupted by a small player beating them out of the market, but by the market shifting, by the interest going somewhere else," he said.

That said, Berners-Lee says that monopolies have sapped enthusiasm from innovators - and he was particularly disappointed when the Cambridge Analytica scandal came to light in which Facebook was found to have granted access to companies which then harvested vast quantities of private user data for various purposes.

"I am disappointed with the current state of the Web," he said. "We have lost the feeling of individual empowerment and to a certain extent also I think the optimism has cracked."

He also wonders if Twitter is designed to fuel controversy, saying "If you put a drop of love into Twitter it seems to decay but if you put in a drop of hatred you feel it actually propagates much more strongly. And you wonder: ‘Well is that because of the way that Twitter as a medium has been built?’"

Judicial Watch Sues FBI over Failure to Preserve Text Messages

Judicial Watch announced today that it filed lawsuits regarding the maintenance of text messages as federal records and for records of the audit of communications of former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe.

After the FBI claimed that text messages are not subject to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Judicial Watch filed suit to ensure that text messages are being preserved. The new Administrative Procedure Act lawsuit against the FBI challenges the FBI failure to preserve FBI text messages as required by the Federal Records Act. (Judicial Watch v. FBI (No.1:18-cv-02316)).

In its lawsuit Judicial Watch points to a related case in which Michael G. Seidel, the assistant section chief of the Record/Information Dissemination Section in the FBI’s Information Management Division, stated: “text messages on [FBI]-issued devices are not automatically integrated into an FBI records system.” (Danik v. U.S. Department of Justice, (No. 1:17-cv-01792)).

Judicial Watch argued that the FBI “does not have a recordkeeping program in place that provides effective controls over the maintenance of electronic messages, including text messages.” Moreover, “The FBI relies upon its personnel to incorporate their text messages into a recordkeeping system. If FBI personnel do not actively incorporate their text messages into a recordkeeping system, the text messages are not preserved.”

Judicial Watch asked the court to declare the FBI’s failure to have a recordkeeping program for electronic messages to be “not in accordance with law” and that the court order the FBI “to establish and maintain a recordkeeping program that provides effective controls over the maintenance of electronic messages.”

If text messages are not preserved, then they may be deleted and never produced to Congress, criminal investigators, and to the American people under FOIA.

Judicial Watch also filed suit against the Justice Department after the DOJ failed to respond to an August 27, 2018, FOIA request seeking the FBI’s audit records of McCabe’s communications (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of Justice (No. 1:18-cv-02283)).

In 2015, a political action committee run by Terry McAuliffe, a close friend and political supporter of Bill and Hillary Clinton, donated nearly $500,000 to Andrew McCabe’s wife Jill, who was then running for the Virginia State Senate. Also, the Virginia Democratic Party, over which McAuliffe had significant influence, donated an additional $207,788 to the Jill McCabe campaign. In July 2015, Andrew McCabe was in charge of the FBI’s Washington, DC, field office, which provided personnel resources to the Clinton email probe.

In July 2017, Judicial Watch filed three FOIA lawsuits seeking communications between the FBI and McCabe concerning “ethical issues” involving his wife’s political campaign; McCabe’s communications with McAuliffe; and McCabe’s travel vouchers.

Following an Inspector General Report, a grand jury reportedly was impaneled recently to investigate McCabe’s possible role in leaks to the media “to advance his personal interests.”

The FBI has told Judicial Watch that it is under no legal obligation to produce any of Andrew McCabe’s text messages under FOIA, which has attracted criticism from President Trump.

“This lawsuit exposes a massive FBI cover-up of its text messages, which are government records and are, by the thousands, likely to have been deleted and lost by FBI employees,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “And of course, this cover-up conveniently impacts the production of text messages to Judicial Watch and Congress of disgraced FBI officials Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page and James Comey.”
