Laws will actually be enforced for the first time in a long time.
I'm guessing, but I believe that prior election they were able to stop it enough to win the election, but maybe not setup stings to prosecute.
This time, I believe, they have stings setup and will catch violators. I assume they'll let the votes be tallied (later to be corrected after prosecution), because the Republicans will dominate. Then later expose it with irrefutable proof then prosecute.
