Please accept Brief 213 from Field McConnell – United States Marine Corps whistle-blower and Global Operations Director of Abel Danger (AD) – on Serco‘s CAI private equity investors including the late General Alexander Haig, 7th SACEUR and former director of MGM Mirage and AOL, and Pierre Lortie former President of Bombardier Aerospace, Regional Aircraft, who appear to have developed a carbon-capping patent thicket with such devices as The Bank Of New York Mellon’s System and method for carbon credit trading US 20110087578 A1 to trade in carbon credits at mass-casualty events as appears to have been the case when Serco agents allegedly overrode a FADEC system on a D-436-148 turbofan engine with Boeing’s Intervention flight management system US 4811230 A to crash the Antonov An-148-100B aircraft of Saratov Airlines Flight 703 on 11 February 2018 and kill all 71 people on board.
