I have waardenberg's syndrome. one night I decided to find the gene that causes waardenberg's and then I went to see what vitamins/minerals are affected by that gene. I found out that vitamin D and magnesium are affected. since then I've taken cod liver oil and magnesium pills and I'm feeling much better.

My father drank a gallon of milk daily for 30 years for the same condition…. I don't want all the calories in milk though

I don't know a THING about Mexico. Another anon said that people riding around on flatbed trucks is allowed on the old donkey trails but NOT on the new toll roads which are the fast way to drive through Mexico.

I'm reasonably familiar with the USA… is Mexico like driving through the Rockies or the Ozarks here in the US as far as trying to get around and the rugged terrain? I didn't know that Mexico was than mountainous, I guess I'd always assumed it was reasonably flat but had no reason to think about it.
