Why does the time spent in this country freaking matter?

What is important is whether or not the mother was in this country legally and had residence permit papers, VISA or became a naturalized citizen. Just because someone was in the USA for 30 years before giving birth doesn't matter, if she was illegally residing in the USA and had a baby, the baby shouldn't be a naturalized citizen.

Did the NASA astronauts do the filming for the staged "moon landing" before they did the actual moon landing or after?

I don't believe that the PUB footage of moon landing is the actual footage, except save for the later moon missions. For the first ones I think its staged footage, and the real moon landing video/photos are still CLAS.
