We are but unfortunately too late for so many.
In the post where they say Rogers started all of this becaus ehe scrubbed all candidates I think it means he had the power to scrub the digital data of candidates and their families so they couldn't be blackmailed into submission as they expected to be able to do, sent them scrambling for dirt through FISC and five eyes allies. Was a significant (and ballsy) move by Rogers if is what happened.
I'm of the opinion all of the troops aren't so much to keep people out but to quietly round up those who have been let in to do us harm during the previous admin/sleepers. If these sleepers do exist they will be given go orders soon. We are standing at the ready for any funny business. I say all this to say I could see them being tasked with their first domestic missions soon. I sure would like to know how far they can see underground but id rather it not be in the ether to help the enemy.
