The Church is getting audited, cleaned and turned inside out via State and possibly Federal investigations. Protecting child abusers for hundreds of years is ORGANIZED and makes the current management (Rome) part of a ORGANIZED CRIMINAL INSTITUTION.
This has never happened before in Western history at this level by going after the money. Think of all the global donations (every Sunday), bequeaths (money from a will or deceased person), donations, grants that the Church receives and you can understand how RICO laws which have been used for organized crime are going to clean up and expose the wrong doings. Part of those donations were used to protect and hide pedo priests, and pay off victims and keep the press quiet, going back hundreds of years.
