What will happens is that 9th circuit (probably) will file an injunction nationwide against Trump enforcing the border. Sessions will bypass other courts and escalate to SCOTUS because it is an emergency and time is of the essence, SCOTUS will hear immediately and rule 5-4 to vacate the injunction – and then liberal heads will just explode because "Muh Kavanaugh!" Aaaaaand then the SJW/BLM riots will start. This is the likely scenario.
