the thing to look at in California is how many people changed their party affiliation for these mid terms. Many Californians can't bring themselves to mark Republican but are so pissed off at the living conditions there that they are going to vote R. They won't change party to R so changed to I.

People are voting straight party line more than ever before. Seeing Dana Rohrabacher doing well indicates his district will go for Cox. Our Country needs a Republican Governor in California. Pelosi. Mad Max, Schiff are all expected to face arrests and the Governor will choose their replacement .
I don't know if this is a 2nd lawsuit or the same one. I am not aware of the 5th amendment claim in the earlier reported suit. Follow the mental gymnastics of this claim. They intend to seek asylum and when they do Trump is barring them from their 5th amendment right ( that they will receive once they land 1 foot on our border). They want to claim asylum while remaining silent. Being forced to make their asylum claim is equal to self incrimination. I'm getting a headache trying to follow this thought path
