I'm trying to understand the legal plan at the border and running into a few road blocks. Can a lawfag carry me over the block. Here's what I see:

1 Ports of Entry will be set up and most likely won't be at actual border crossings as not to slow down travel and commerce

2 Port Directors will be located there and not at border crossings that have not been determined Ports of Entry

3 Those who enter through non Ports of Entry will be detained without any opportunity to then claim asylum

4 Those detained will go through deportation hearings at the detention location ( or there about) rather quickly and not after the backlog we have in the interior of the Country

5 Those claiming asylum will fill out documents and be interviewed. If the interviews show discrepancies then the Customs and Border Agent will deny entry and they will be detained pending an Asylum hearing then deportation hearing

6 Those who cannot provide proof of Statehood of their Country of origin will be deemed Stateless Persons

7 Those who do not have sufficient proof of their Country of Origin will be deemed Stateless Persons

My Questions:

1 What is done with Stateless Persons whose Country will not take them back or they have no proof of Country?

2 When the law says they may not be detained permanently does that mean they can voluntarily return at any time before their deportation hearing is concluded?
