i guess some will obviously argue that crumbs/memes posted are displaying & distributing "campaign materials"…
the rules seem a bit contradictory, though:
"May not post a comment to a blog or a social media site"
"May not use any e-mail account or social media"
but
"May express opinions about candidates and issues"… IRL only?
