Jesus just asks that you believe He is the son of God and man, then repent, ask for forgiveness for your sins. Jesus Christ did the rest. He died for you so you don't need to do anything else.
Jesus is the sacrifice. Not you or your diet or your meditation. No beads to count, or bowing to statues, either.
So simple and you get to decide.
