Also, some believe that the reason that the CA fires got so bad was because the trees had metal dust on them, enough so that the nature of fire was greatly changed from what would have been normal. Firefighters reported trees that were practically exploding. We know that chemtrailing takes place. The practice was dictated by the Paris Climate Accord. If you look up the document and read it, it talks about the practice as a weather modification tactic. Given what happened in CA with the fires, POTUS made the right decision with respect to the climate accord. Not only is it a tax grab, but the practices in it are counterproductive. It was a bad deal.

You do realize that PR is part of the USA, right? They're CITIZENS!
When they establish residency in other states, they can.
They don't have to change citizenship. They ARE Americans. And when they move to Florida, they become Floridians, just as anyone moving from any other state would. This means they can now vote in all elections.
Again, people from PR are AMERICAN. They can change place of residence from one state or territory to another, just as you and I can. And when they do, they become residents of that state and have all of the rights that the citizens in the new locale have.
