Before the IoT things, data analytics to develop AI will be needed. Operating system as a service is a likely shift like how the office suite is a service subscription. Just saw Java start costing money to use, same likely to happen will MySql. Google's project Fusia is probly coming this Christmas. Fusia seems like a move towards OaSaS
