The Census has been counting ALL people. If you have a Democrat enclave, just stuff it full of illegals before the Census. That way, a handful of Democrats can get more House seats during any redistricting that follows the Census.
POTUS wants the Census to start asking citizenship questions. Coincidence? No. It's critical to redistricting based on US citizen population, not Democrats+illegals populations.
It's not just about the potential for illegals to vote. It's the whole districting scheme that counts illegals in the Democrats' favor for more seats.
