I don't think those girls resemble any of the adults.
To me, they look Somali; particularly Malia; and Sasaha looks to be somewhat Indian or Pakistani.
Suspect they were procured the same way Joli/Madonna got there "adopted" children.
But maybe worse; taken from a disaster site/war zone.
Shudder the thought…..
