The enemy has been planning for a long time, even after Trump won they continued their planning. They counted on control though the 3-letter agencies but didn't count on Adm. Rogers at the NSA or MI.

This means Q has EVERYTHING, all of their plans, methods, and strategies. Once you know your enemy, it's easy to run the odds on what they'll do next, especially with today's prediction algorithms.

For an example of predictive software, look at the program the U.S. Coast Guard uses to predict where to locate lost boats, persons overboard, and wreckage. It's based on multiple data points such as last known location, weather conditions, and object size. Now imagine such algorithms used for predicting the actions of an enemy. These people are stupid and predictable. Plug the known data points into predictive programming and you have some good odds to work with.
