If a Russian married couple come to visit friends in the US & the woman, who was 8 months pregnant, went into early labor & gave birth to their little baby boy while they were in the USA visiting their friends…would that baby be Russian or American?
So is that how so many in the Dem congress are Dual Citizens of Israel & US? Where they born here by immigrant mothers that weren't citizens?
