3 people know I am having a billing dispute with my ISP.

Myself, my dad, and a NZ (think five eyes) woman who was the ISPs customer support who we specified we wernt to be paying bills for the foreseeable future.

1 Week later we get an email from an address hosted by my ISP, country code included.

In that email, specifying the subject of the dispute, a link linking to sumka centre, a Russian hosted link. Not only did this signal warning bells, upon more digging I found that sumka is a Iranian political party. We know Iran is a hotbed for Clowns, and sumka's website is known to be associated with Clowns.

The only way for a clown officiated link to come my way is to be specifically targeted, as I have not done previous digging or any kind of searching that could lead to meta data collections. The email subject itself is so private and recent that it can only be a result of my ISP or the customer support either selling info, or being infiltrated by Clowns, and I have every reason to believe Clowns can, will, and have been targeting me.

Additionally, this NZ woman happened to be very good with computers, she says she learnt a lot from her 'brother' and just so happened to mention her 'brother' worked in the NZ government as 'a computer guy'.
