I will disagree as to notable. Rocks were thrown at Mexican border guards recently in order to overcome restraints.
Rocks are anticipated to being thrown at our US border. Rocks can be lethal.

Caravan used rocks at the Guatamala/Mexican border and are expected to use rocks at the us border.
