You've got 20% of the posts already tied up sliding CB1 and Tumeric…both excellent topics. Pretty sure there's a board for that.

Ping pong random shitposting is normal faggotry…massively hijacking /qresearch/ is considered subterfuge.

We're sure you can move this to Reddit where it belongs. With love, but please…get the hint. Q Research…

Back surgery and failed back surgery are sentences in the same paragraph.

Before you commit to it, try a few things to radically reduce your pain:

  • Take 500,000 IU (yes, a half million) of D3 and then 100/lb/day after that

  • Get your magnesium levels up..a lot..start soaking in Epsom Salts baths (MgSO4) and take a swig of Milk of Magnesia right before bed (MgOH) and add as many green things as you can into your diet (chlorophyll has Mg at it's center).

  • Add vitamin K2…calcium metabolism is essential but is also usually the bad actor.

  • Increase your B vitamins, particularly B6, B9 (folate, not folic acid), and B12…methylated versions are highly preferred.

  • Take 1/2 tsp of baking soda in a glass of water away from meals a few times a day. A lot of the pain is localized acidosis unresponsive to opiates and NSAIDS.

  • Massage and mobility. Metabolic byproducts if not removed by poor circulation must be removed mechanically…massage is magic.

More advanced: Look into tDCS. If you can get an Iontophoresis machine use it with just salt water with the anode over the R motor cortex M1 hand position (I know it's your back…) and the cathode over the lower lumbar or sacral spine. Run 2 to 3 milliamps for about 20 min a day for a few days…huge relief. TENS is different, but may help. It's more of a distraction, whereas tDCS gets the nerves to conduct better. Frequently pain is the nerve isn't well connected and sends more and louder signals trying to comm with the brain…tDCS uses a small current to open up that path and flush the hose of whatever's clogging the pipe (nerves)…basically rinsing out cobwebs…calcifications, etc..

Good luck, Anon. Pain sucks.
