Ms Helen Clark (Auntie Helen who ran a Nanny State) is a former New Zealand Prime Minister (Labour AKA Progressive Socialist Party) who's also the former UN administrator (April 2009 - April 2017) for the UNDP (United Nations Development Programme). The UNDP Administrator is the third highest-ranking official of the United Nations after the United Nations Secretary-General and Deputy Secretary-General.
The UNDP was one of the main UN agencies involved in the development of the Post-2015 Development Agenda that became UN Agenda 2021 / 2030.
As Administrator (April 2009 - April 2017) Ms Helen Clark is directly responsible for the tens of thousands of child sexual abuses perpetrated by the UN civilian staff under her command over her eight year tenure, and the cover-ups. She is directly responsible for the forced/secret sterilisation of countless women and girls via WHO, UNICEF et al. She is directly responsible for the unnecessary deaths and crippling caused by needless over-vaccination. AND… she is also responsible for the official creation of UN Agenda 2021 / 2030 from the original Post-2015 Development Agenda with which the Cabal intend to rule the world!

This EVIL, bitter, spiteful, childless lesbian thankfully failed in her 2016 bid to become UN Secretary-General and resigned partly because of the vaccine ‘issue’ and partly because of the sexual abuse exposure that was emerging late 2016, early 2017. Another reason for her resignation was no doubt to aid her protégée Ms Jacinda Ardern into the ‘preordained’ position of NZ PM. For this reason she’s returned to New Zealand and is constantly bothering folks with her opinions such as ‘The UN’s a patriarchy and they didn’t want a ‘strong’ woman in charge’ and like HRC she’s written a book to help explain to the common folk just why she lost. It’s titled Women, Equality, Power and has a glowing foreword by her protégée PM Jacinda Ardern. Such loyalty, how sweet!
(As an aside it looks like Commie Cindy - NZ PM Ms Jacinda Arderns recent speech at the UN + her virtue signalling in the Pacific Islands is simply laying groundwork for her to enter the UN after she’s completely knackered this country, Venezuela style. Oh, she’s also sped up the implementation of UN Agenda 2030 here as well no doubt with ‘Auntie Helen’s’ help.)
