Lawfags: Ever since that Mexican Federal Judge in San Antonio magically found that Sanctuary Cities were protected under the 1st Amendment, I’ve been pondering and positing that the harboring and aiding of Illegal Alien invaders by Our federal Gov is a blatant violation of the 3rd Amendment

I know that it says Soldiers and all that but the Spirit of Amendment is that the Federal Gov cannot force you to house and feed someone without your consent.

Isn’t that what is happening here since it’s Tax Payer money funding these people and there was never a National Referendum to say it is ok, it was just forced upon us? There is no difference between them being inside my house or in HUD housing, I’m still being forced to pay for it.

The precedent is there to find hidden meaning in Amendments now thanks to These Federal Judges.
