Highly unusual FOG STORMs along the US / MEXICO border.

Been happening all week. This pic was taken today at 1pm PST.

Can't see shoreline 200 meters away.

I've lived in this town since 1979, these fog storms are highly unusual this time of year in 75 degree weather.

Coincidence the [Caravan] is approaching the same border?
