Could Q 2399 link to the [HRC] youtube video have double meaning?

In addition to illustrting the racist plantation mindset of the DNC, it also illustrates the censorship of free speech by youtube and parent Alphabet Companies. Comments can be posted but the individual can only view their comment when logged on to youtube (in addition to the one comment by "bagshitass").

If "US Department of State" is an official government channel, then censorship of free speech would be a violation of the 1st Amendment. This is aggregious if the US State Department did not give permission to censor comments that are non-violent, non-racist, or violated terms of use.

Others have commented posting and they do not appear on the video comments. QAnons should post comments on the video, such as "Q sent me" or "WWG1WGA". Help prove social media is truely censoring free speech in violation of the 1st Amendment.
