>Midterms 2018: Voting machines are changing Texas voters’ ballots, state officials admit
Think back to Q's post about voting machines (that was deleted soon after posting).
Q showed a pic (I can't find it anymore - either on hdd so much on there, or on story of Q), about a Podesta email about meeting with Soros to rig the machines..
What if: These voting machines (that were apparently pre programmed), would have had to have been "un-programmed" to get rid of the fraud. ONCE HRC didn't win, (((they))) no longer had the opportunity to "un-program" these machines after the election (2016 - THEY THOUGHT SHE WOULD NEVER LOOSE)..
This is the evidence of election rigging, that will expose previous fuckery, with current fuckery.
Q asked a good question:
> Who decides what voter machines are used in elections?
