Wind the clock with all markers

(once 11.3 verifies as 1st marker)

Thinking (the time change to wind the clock) back to 11/3 to start the clock on the 1st marker

East coast time would be at 2 am 11/4/18 while west coast time would be at 11 pm 11/3/18
