He must have been scouring that Journal for ads of the type of child he wants.
This then reminds me of that 4chan post who put up children for sale that were trained into taking beatings, being tortured and used as dolls for our pleasure. He would also cut the limbs off so they wouldnt escape and fed them just enough to survive. I never did save the posts but it seems like it could be true.

Well I would say CNN would have the original
and that the other pics he mentions could have been taken at a different time to the one with the 3 phones that Q pointed to.
If the house camera wouldnt have taken that shot then it would be with CNN. and I highly doubt CNN would release that type of footage.
In that case I would suggest doing the FOI now so time isnt wasted.
and then if it is from another source (unlikely according to that phone guy) we put in another foi again once its known from who.
