Older news. BDT, $$, NK.

SWIFT was famously the object of a hacking attack - since blamed on shadowy North Korean agents - that saw $81 million of reserves from the central bank of Bangladesh stolen from the New York Fed and transferred to Manila, where it was later traced to Macau and then vanished. No perpetrator has ever been identified.

Not shilling, but since Ft. Meade is military base, could this vehicle be loaded with useful Intel? Someone on the run from /notourguys/ only way to get intel out was to haul ass from Langly to Ft. Meade where FBI/PD wouldn't have jurisdiction to take whatever is in the truck? Whoever was dressed as women might have been dead either way, so they run for the military base where they can make the noble sacrifice?

Things we know.

2 or 3 people, 2 of which were dressed as women accelerated into the front security gate of one the most secure military installation in world. Vehicle appears to be loaded with paper/documents. Its hard to imagine an SUV attack on the front gate had anything to do with physical damage.

Q1: Why would they dress as women?

A1: The DC Metro has more cameras and tracking mechanisms than anywhere else in the world. Gender bending makes digital/machine tracking of the people more difficult. Also makes it harder to ID them by human/PD assets on regular duty on the roads.

If Q1/A1 is correct, this implies the passengers knew someone was looking for them. Deliberately trying to obfuscate their identity on a very short term basis. These operators would have to also know vehicles are easily trackable. If they were on the run, they switched vehicles to one they knew was not so trackable as one that was in the standard motor pool. Stolen, personal, or possibly from foreign embassy.

Operators would know running into a military base security gate would be near suicide. This implies who ever was looking for them or the contents of the vehicle would guarantee death. Operators would also know about jurisdiction and custody if they survived. Get caught on the street, you're in FBI/Police custody. Get Arrested at a military base you're held by the MPs. Protection from those forces and the chance to tell MI whatever you have to say.

Also Military Installation appears to have had no idea that this was happening. If there was any warning, vehicle could have been disabled, gate fortified, or opened if they knew it had intel/defector on board.

Alternative ideas:

Mental illness, but that likelihood goes way down with >1 people involved. 2 dresses means coordination.

Terrorist attack: This would be the most absurd use of a suicide bomber since that jack off with the tiny bomb in his shoe.

Send a message: Why burn so many human assets? Same effect/outcome with 1.

False Flag: Similar problem to above. Why burn 2 or 3 human assets. How do you convince operatives to make this futile suicide attack. MK Ultra shit? Maybe if you could use those tactics on /ourguys/ people, but this seems a stretch.

Distraction? Same problem, why burn 3 people to create a distraction.

Just trying to make sense of something that appears absurd.

SHEEP is always in caps. Acronym.

Every Child Matters (ECM) is a UK government initiative for England and Wales, that was launched in 2003, at least partly in response to the death of Victoria Climbié. It is one of the most important policy initiative which has been introduced and development programmes in relation to children and children's services of the last decade, and has been described as a "sea change" to the children and families agenda.[1] It has been the title of three government papers, leading to the Children Act 2004. Every Child Matters covers children and young adults up to the age of 19, or 24 for those with disabilities.

A helpful acronym to remember the 5 parts is SHEEP - Every child shall be: Safe, Healthy, Enjoy/Achieve, Economic, Positive contribution.
