The RV would happen during a well-planned and soon-expected Stock Market Crash (which some believe we were in right now, despite claims touted on Mainstream Media). After next Tues. Nov. 6 Midterms it was expected that paid rioters would connect with the volatile situation at the border to ensure that the nation would erupt into public chaos, plus a couple of weeks of financial turmoil would ensue as the world adjusted to the new Quantum Financial System.

 

Oct. 1: Quantum Financial System (QFS) became active and ready to convert.

 

Oct. 22: Trump declared National Emergency, Military on High Alert & troops to border.

 

Oct. 29: After all restrictions were removed from the Iraqi Dinar some groups were being paid out. Reno started sending codes on Oct. 29. The Pentagon deployed additional troops to border (now some 7,000 total, with at least a possible 15,000 more).

 

Oct. 30 midnight EST: New currency rates were to appear on bank screens.

 

Oct. 31 2018 9:00 pm EST China began exchanges and paying out. Iraq expected to RV, along with the deadline for banking elite to return their stolen gold, while major indexes posted sharp Stock Market losses of $2 trillion for Oct.

The new Quantum Financial System (QFS) has been active and ready to convert since Oct. 1. A Stock Market Crash was inevitable and being done deliberately in order to replace with the QFS, the fiat financial system. Expect a couple of week’s time from the start of the market crash for countries to adjust to the QFS. The National Broadcast System Alert was set to be activated and GESARA announced Nov. 4, with a back wall date after elections on Nov. 6. Paid actors and rioters were expected to cause chaos in the streets when the US Democratic Party lost the mid-term election Nov. 6 and officials were exposed to their crimes. A purge of the Cabal was scheduled for Nov. 11 when the suspected criminals would be arrested and transported to GITMO, with Military tribunals following in Jan.-Feb. 2019.
