It's the rallies. Look at the 2016 rallies Hillary compared to Trump. There was no comparison. No way she was going to win unless they had it rigged.
White hats managed to stop the rigging in a few key (blue) districts and managed to un-rig the election just enough for Trump to win.
The white hats (that managed to stop the rigging while the cabal was in control) have been in power for two years now.
