Every time the "Iranian crowds chant "Death to America" headline comes up and is really dug into, it turns out that there are about a dozen or so people chanting "Death to America". It's not terribly worrisome, all things considered.
The US has an entire political party whose actual ideology is "Death to America".
Reconciled for you:
Every single poll that gave Trump virtually no chance of winning in 2016.
Certain "stats experts" stating that Trump had virtually no chance of winning in 2016.
The fact that being black and SAYING you support Trump is social suicide.

I mean, yeah, I get what you're implying here and eeeeeh, not buying it. It didn't take a goddamn genius to know that HRC was not particularly well-liked by ANYONE. In spite of what we've seen and experienced with her "supporters", I'm pretty sure very few people were sincerely like "Yeah, that Hillary Clinton/Bill Clinton is top notch and totally not HORRIFICALLY corrupt at the expense of the entire planet."
We talk about MK Ultra and related things on this board, sometimes. I've long had a suspicion that something like that happened in our previous general election cycle.
I do not think that the election outcome was guaranteed to go to Trump; he certainly has a long and public history of using the laws as they exist to his advantage. He does not seem to have a history of BREAKING the laws to his advantage.
