Yes, after Ron Paul dropped out twice it seemed all it did was create a heat map of those opposed to the Police State, but it probably helped inspire the Q team that enough Patriots were available for Trump.
But Paul's legacy is that he is in the Congressional Record 1000s of times as the lone voice opposing every non constitutional thing they did during his tenure. Every argument he made was based on the constitution as written and will always be proof for posterity against the govt cabal as it happened
