A couple of hints as to superficial clangers that raise suspicions of fakery : 1. Are secret, restricted circulation documents typically “designed” like a brochure?; 2. What is the name of the organization on the document? When was the document ostensibly prepared? How has the Soros OS network been referring to itself since c2010?
