California struck by 39 earthquakes in 24 hrs, scientists observe 'movement along the San Andreas Fault'

A series of large earthquakes has rattled California over the last 24 hours, and scientists are telling us that the shaking was the result of "movement along the San Andreas Fault system". In recent months there has been an alarming amount of seismic activity all along "the Ring of Fire", and there have been times when the number of global earthquakes has been way above normal. Could it be possible that all of this unusual seismic activity is leading up to something? As you will see below, experts are telling us that we are overdue for the "Big One" to hit California. And when it does eventually strike, it could be far worse than most people would dare to imagine.

Most of the 39 significant earthquakes that have struck California within the last 24 hours have happened along the San Andreas Fault. The following comes from CBS News…

A swarm of earthquakes along the San Andreas Fault, the largest measuring a 4.1 magnitude, rumbled through the Hollister area and the Salinas Valley Friday morning. CBS San Francisco, citing officials, reports the quakes rattled nerves but caused no major damage.

According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the 4.1 quake hit at 5:58 a.m. PDT 12 miles southwest of the small community of Tres Pinos. It was followed by quakes measuring 3.6, 3.2 and 3.0.

Officials are saying that this shaking was caused by "movement along the San Andreas Fault system", and the initial magnitude 4.1 quake was quickly followed by a series of more than 20 aftershocks…

After a magnitude 4.1 earthquake struck 12 miles from Hollister at 5:58 a.m., more than 20 aftershocks rattled the area in the following hours. The smaller quakes registered as high as 3.6 magnitude and were felt as far away as Monterey and Santa Cruz.

Syria, Brazil discuss enhancing parliamentary relations

They were the first to employ a technique called reciprocal effortless in vitro fertilization (IVF) so that Ashleigh Coulter, 28, and Bliss Coulter, 36, who are married, could both participate in the birth of their child.

As for anyone who disagrees with the procedure, Dr. Kathy said that’s too bad because she would “respectfully disagree.”

“I think that family, relationship, children is exactly everything that was meant to be in our world,” she said.

While there is much more research regarding motherhood, what studies are available regarding fatherhood indicate that kids – boys in particular– need traditional dads in order to improve their chances at being successful in life.

Same Facebook that banned conservative political ads gladly accepted 100 out of 100 ads from fictional U.S. Senators

While Facebook is publicly claiming it has cleaned up its act and is carefully screening all things political so as to ensure there are no shenanigans or dishonesty taking place on its platform ahead of the 2018 midterms, Vice News reports that the company’s efforts are falling flat.

In fact, the news site said its staffers recently posed as 100 fake senators in order to run ads across the platform, and Facebook approved every single one of them (Civics 101: There are 100 U.S. senators and the chances that all 100 of them would use Facebook for ads is slim).

One of Facebook’s major efforts to add transparency to political advertisements is a required “Paid for by” disclosure at the top of each ad supposedly telling users who is paying for political ads that show up in their news feeds.

But on the eve of the 2018 midterm elections, a VICE News investigation found the “Paid for by” feature is easily manipulated and appears to allow anyone to lie about who is paying for a political ad, or to pose as someone paying for the ad.

In order to put the company to the test, Vice News sought to purchase fake political ads for all 100 U.S. senators, including “Paid for by” ads from Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky. and Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y.

The approvals were “bipartisan,” the website said, which shows that you can be just about anyone and purchase ads on the platform and have them marked as “Paid for by” an American politician.

That’s not all.

Each of the approvals was also allowed to be shared to pages of phony political organizations and groups like “Cookies for Political Transparency” and “Ninja Turtles PAC.” Vice News reported that it did not actually purchase any ads but rather its posing correspondents were simply approved to include “Paid for by” disclosures for requested ads.

The 100 senators test came after the website conducted an earlier one last week in which Vice News got approved for political ads posing as Vice President Mike Pence, ISIS, and Tom Perez, the chairman of the Democratic National Committee. The site attempted to buy ads for Hillary Clinton but those were denied. (Related: What? So Facebook de-platforms Alex Jones but allows huge assortment of pro-terrorist filth across its platform.)

“If Facebook is going to claim to verify who’s paying for political ads, they need to actually do the work,” Sen. Ron Wyden, Democrat of Oregon, told Vice News in a statement. “Clearly it needs to do far more to combat fraudulent and false content, both in paid advertisements and viral posts.”

Yes, like actually read what’s being presented.

Vice News reported that Facebook officials told them the fake ads for 100 senators should also not have been approved, but they nevertheless defended the “Paid for by” features and credited it with bolstering transparency.

“We know we can’t do this alone, and by housing these ads for up to seven years, people, regulators, third parties and watchdog groups can hold these groups more accountable,” Facebook Director of Product Management Rob Leathern told Vice News in a statement.

Despite Facebook’s claims, the news site noted that it wasn’t at all difficult to fool the ad approval processors and in fact, getting approval for the 100 senators generally took just a few minutes each.

Maybe if Facebook wasn’t so hyper-focused on banning and censoring conservative voices, its personnel would do a better job at screening out legitimately fake information.

Theresa May makes SECRET DEAL with EU to keep UK in customs union after Brexit

THERESA May has made a secret deal with the EU to keep the whole of the UK in the customs union to avoid a hard border in Ireland it has been claimed, as the Prime Minister battles to seal a Brexit deal with the bloc.

Mrs May has secured private concessions from Brussels which would keep Britain in the customs union after Brexit, the Sunday Times reported.

The move would mean an Irish backstop, the issue that has kept the UK and the EU deadlocked for months, would not be required.

The please-all-of-the-people plan is aimed at securing the support of Remain MPs within the Conservatives ranks as well as some Labour ministers, AND there would be an exit clause in a bid to win over Tory Brexiteers.

The Prime Minister is said to be pushing to keep open the possibility of a Canada-style free trade deal with the EU in the future.

Mrs May is expected to discuss the plan with Cabinet on Tuesday and agree the final details with the EU at a special summit later this month.

The Prime Minister will reportedly warn Brexiteers that if they reject this deal they will be blamed for causing a potentially very difficult no deal scenario.

Preparations for a final Brexit deal are said to be more advanced than previously disclosed and will lead to a 50-page report being published, rather than the five page pamphlet expected.

But the proposals prompted fury from Brexiteers, with Jacob Rees-Mogg branding it a “major breach of faith”.

IG Horowitz: 60 FBI Agents Guilty Of Taking Bribes From CNN & NY Times

Over 60 FBI agents took bribes from liberal media outlets, including CNN, The New York Times, NBC News and many others.

The bribes consisted of expensive dinners, NFL tickets, concert tickets, cruises and expensive vacations. The agents allegedly took a total of 300 gifts from the liberal news outlets.

I guess we now know what Barack Obama meant by his slogan “Hope and Change!”

FBI insiders said more than 60 agents in D.C. alone have been nailed for taking gifts from the news media. Inspector General Michael Horowitz said earlier this week about 50 FBI agents took 300 free gifts from news media.

However, Horowitz failed to stipulate that number is ONLY in Washington D.C. which covers one field office and FBI headquarters. The Inspector General did not examine the FBI’s other field offices, officials said. And the problem of taking free gifts for Intel is rampant, officials said.

New York. Los Angeles. New Haven. Philadelphia. The list goes on in the FBI’s 55 other field offices.

And so does the corruption. Outright bribery.

FBI sources who spoke to True Pundit divulged the names of three media outlets: NY Times, CNN and NBC News as having surfaced in recent external investigations. But there are dozens more, large and small.

FBI Director Christopher Wray wants this the issue of bribery and the FBI to disappear from news headlines, yet he has not launched an internal review nationwide to determine how rampant this problem is inside the FBI, sources said.

But that would likely include FBI brass who may make a nice dime on the side selling access to FBI Intel and policy outright as well. Agents like Robert Hanssen. Or like a deputy director’s wife getting $1.25 million in campaign contributions while her husband was investigating — and clearing — the source of the funds from a criminal investigation. Rigging an investigation for cash. Is that considered a gift? Or is that a new category?
