> Why did select senior members of the D party [6] send a letter to Don McGahn in early > Oct. outlining 'Hatch Act' violations re: Q?

> FOIA works in this situation.

> Q

we need that FOIA for the letter

if you havent submitted a request, do it

if you havent tweeted to judicialwatch, do it

this letter will be the most real proof we could possibly get for Q – it can force the question elsewhere

https://www.foia.gov/#agency-search

hit all the agencies; DOJ / natsec, FEC, pick anything – the more requests that come in the better; find some with faster request turnarounds

  • DOJ Civil Division -9 day turnaround

  • DOJ / National Sec -44 day turnaround

  • FEC -15 day turnaround

  • dept of interior -OIG -> 11 day turnaround

do it

An anonymous user online suggested that Don McGahn received a letter from 6 Senior Democratic Party members in Early October regarding Hatch Act violations by this supposed anonymous user 'Q'.

If there are reports of Hatch Act violations in public spaces by a government figure posting anonymously, the people need to know.

Requesting: A simple copy of the letter sent to Don McGahn, and any replies from Don McGahn to the senders.

Thank you.
