That's just horrible. Please put a warning. I wish I had not seen that.
It is actually the American citizens who need MediCal that suffer from this. There is very little money to go around in that pool. Services are cut for the blind and disabled citizens because the money is used up by these people.
So much abuse goes on in those hospitals and group homes and "schools" it is unbelievable.

This is a national crisis and it is getting virtually no attention. Pedestrian deaths have skyrocketed.
cyclists are not pedestrians. Their deaths are not skyrocketing. They are level or decreasing. A lot of people out there now, including cyclists, disregard the fragility of pedestrians. And think it okay to place their convenience over the safety of peds.
