I don't think it's tinfoil at all.

We have multiple private companies with vested interests giving "free" election monitoring services to various state & local jurisdictions.

They will most likely have RT monitoring. Plus who knows what information they can glean from the system access they are receiving in various states.

From the top of my head, I can think multiple scenarios that could go down (aka manufactured), none of them good.
