Sign was facing the front of the suspect SUV which had its passenger side draped from prying eyes [187?]. Responding local FD also facing same direction. Petite subject wearing hoodie was sitting, detained by standing figures and the body language of detainee showing what appears to be shock.

Thank you anon. Yes, the SUV was trying to leave. The petite suspect is sitting on the curb where yellow vest is standing behind her. The photo I saw this am was a close up of the SUV and the front passenger side was draped [187?]. The sitting suspect appeared to be in shock but un-injured.
