Read a sample ballot with a pencil and look like you are trying to figure out something. Do not incite. Q saying take a pic etc IF SAFE means IT MIGHT NOT BE SAFE IN SOME LOCATIONS. If they have comped a precint, they can comp the cops to stay away.
