Is the lack of a cell signal at the Chattanooga TN MAGA Rally a normal condition for that venue?

Has the cell signal been intentionally limited?

Currently watching the TN Rally on GOP Youtube channel. All of the others seem to be too tight a shot or non functioning. Right Side Broadcasting Network can't broadcast do to cell signal issues.
