Report any irregularities to the NY Secretary of State who is the person responsible for the credibility of the vote. The Secretary of State may be another commie, so also tell your guy and the party officers if you see an irregularity. Have the number of the Secretary of State at hand. Take a notebook and your letter appointing you as a poll watcher. Show the letter of appointment to the election judge then just watch without saying anything to anybody.
