Nope. They will still need 2/3 majority in the senate to convict - so impeachment is hot air and nothing more. All they will do is halt any House investigations after January. Declass will happen before then.

PLUS the House has no effect whatsoever on the Executive Branch. So all FBI, DOJ, and Executive Order matters will proceed as normal. House oversight will cease, that's it. They will pass no laws because that takes Senate and the President. If the Dems take the House it will be lame duck House for 2 years.
