He's better, because it's high-stakes poker, what with the some gut trying to break into his room the other night. Funny how he can't get out but someone else can get in. Only his homemade alarm system saved him.

Well, I am intrigued by Guy Fawkes who was, after all, sufficiently inspired to defend his convictions that he made a total commitment to them. We don't need physical bombs and gunpowder to win our war. Our "bombs" are truth bombs and our gunpowder are memes. Just as powerful but physically harmless! Like all great ideas.

Let's see…are you thinking about the Vatican and all it represents from a modern perspective?

I take everything in context. In the context of his times, Catholicism meant a great deal to the people, because it was their long time religion, at the center of their cultural life.

And it was rudely stripped away by Henry the 8th, and for stupid, selfish reasons, as we know. And then he butchered the leaders who dared to resist him.

So yes, I can admire a Catholic for standing up for his beliefs at that time.

The ultimate motives of men like Assange and Snowden can be hard to divine.

But Assange is definitely the man with all the power–in terms of information–right now. Unfortunately, that means a lot of people want him dead.

I think they tried to kill him on the 29th. We'll see how everything unfolds in the next few days.

As far as Australia goes, some Aussie anon told me the opposite on an earlier post.

Now gunning for him: the 10 dems, the DNC, Mad Hatter & Alice, Ecuador (govt), Ecuador (cat-hating embassy staff), killers of SecureDrop developers, press who use new fake SecureDrop, CIA who funds new fake SecureDrop, MI5 or MI6 (whichever), probably some Aussies or Russians (just sayin), MS-13 (Seth Rich coverup) and maybe some old girlfriends…..

Have I left anybody out?

I thought you might be and would educate me!

I think JA is kinda an anarcho-liberatarian, like the old phone hackers who would let everyone make free long distance calls (when they cost) or the old mischievous computers hackers.

Of course, he's juggling with nitro.Danger, danger, will robinson. (Did you get Lost in Space in Aussie Land?)

When it comes down to it, anybody the Hillary hates is a friend of mine.

I think x22report is excellent, but it's just a jumping off place. Most of it is original stuff with a focus on how the govt is using both SecureDrop and other methods to entrap and betray whistleblowers (instead of protect them).

The report that his room was broken into is all over the British press, that's where I got it from. I think this was serious, some guy actually broke in thru the window.

You are right about the election, (((they))) REALLY don't want him talking before then.

I like Janda pretty well, and Praying Medic. There are others, I'm just drawing a blank, it's late here.

I do more direct research online than I used to, so I'm tracking Judicial Watch or Conservative Treehouse, ZeroHedge, TheHIll–stuff like that.

I was working on those maps Q talked about, and JW had a lot of excellent material (not to mention their excellent lawsuits and FOIA's).

I just had big problems with the CAPCHA–made me do it over and over, then would tell me "success" and made me do it again (fail even when not fail).

Anyone else???

Well, many think so.

Something is definitely weird. If you take a look at the timeline I provided, it's like every day or two, some new weird thing happens.

Now Ecuador is acting all hot and bothered because Julian isn't paying them enough "respect." Or it's the cat. Or the breakin. Or they can't get a translator for him suing the embassy for bad treatment, because "he speaks australian." And then there's suddenly a new editor for Wikileaks? All this stuff is happening on top of each other.

I think I'll make an "I failed the CAPTCHA meme"

It's a funny thing being told over and over that you FAILED. Try again.

NO, YOU TRY AGAIN, DAMNED MACHINE!

I think it needs an attitude adjustment.

I'll try that when I'm not completely wasted. Not a good time to be trying to think too hard.

Time to go, I think. We gained an hour, but that's not enough. Still Late.

Good morning or evening, wherever you are. I am off to at least recline.
