Charleston, WV has become a hub for these homeless caravans that have been popping up over the country. It's almost become a tent city. Perhaps that has something to do with it. There was also all that fuckery with the WVSC.
Noted. Byrd has his name plastered on everything in the state. Don't forget Jay Rockefeller was also a longtime Senator in WV.
