yes that's the one - the parachute wasn't FAA approved (doesn't have to be, everything else passed) - first customer deliveries began late 2016, high demand I think they go for under $2MM

that number is assuming only 200lb payload, per wiki:

seems 'off' having such a small aircraft bouncing around US mid-Atlantic that's registered to UK military
