OK where am I going with this? Well, when did Songun become official policy? Since the beginning right? Nope. Took Kim Jung Ils father to die and him to succeed and in 1995 he made it so.

If you read the article it says how Clinton was going to build two nuclear power plants. They were going to supply them with free oil.

Songun certainly is what is/was keeping the US from attacking them, because songun is THEIR CREATION.

And anytime NK goes songun wild, past presidents bend over backwards and give them MORE aid and put on useless sanctions that don't get enforced.
