Batman Writer Tom King Says Donald Trump Acts Like an Undercover Agent
Superstar comic book writer (and former CIA agent) Tom King is talking politics ahead of Tuesday’s midterm elections in the United States. Always considerate, King kicked things off with a warning to his followers to mute him if they didn’t want to listen to it and inviting them to google him to learn about his CIA credentials.
I you would like to yell at me, “what does a funny book writer know about anything,” that’s totally cool. I would ask that you google me first. I’ve seen a lot worse than your yelling, and it might not be the best use of your time.

King followed that up with the first of what may be many political tweets in the coming days. King says that he used to “run” agents in terrorist networks to sabotage them from the inside as part of his CIA work. In his expert opinion, King says, Donald Trump acts “like he’s being run, like he’s here to disrupt our progress and power.”
I am an expert on so few things (maybe “Bat-grunts” or something). But, oddly, in the CIA, I used to run agents into terrorist networks in order to disrupt their progress and power.
In my opinion, Trump acts like he’s being run, like he’s here to disrupt our progress and power.

King didn’t speculate on who the President might be working for, but as tensions heat up ahead of tomorrow’s elections, maybe King will share more details on his theory in the coming hours
