Except… they aren't sealed INDICTMENTS… they are sealed COURT PROCEEDINGS…
And they aren't CRIMINAL, they are all sorts of filings with the court… only about 10% are criminal, if that…

I dropped about $20 on my own PACER searches to verify their info, and to see just how many were criminal… and to validate this article:

And yeah… there aren't nearly that many sealed court filings anymore… many of the ones counted earlier in the year have been unsealed.
