Nothing about freedom of speech. #6 seems to come close, but it really net neutrality and only targets internet service providers, not content providers like FB and Twatter.

Same fuckery still possible, deplatforming, domain registrar cutoffs, etc.

Seems to make way for regulation taking away rights without granting any.

No matter what this appears to do we will still be social graphed in minute detail.

Furthermore, IMO, political speech needs amateur radio channels running chans.
